The root cause of joint pain, fatigue, gastrointestinal problems, and brain fog have one thing in common- and it’s all about the health of your gut. During this workshop, we will explore the five steps to restoring gut health and learn how to make meals and snacks that feed good gut bacteria.
Join our guest host, registered dietitian nutritionist, Gretchen Spetz of The Functional Kitchen,
for this class that will include hands on time in the kitchen preparing recipes, followed by time to enjoy what you’ve made in our dining room as well as time for learning and discussion.
Gretchen is passionate about helping you feel your very best. Diet and lifestyle changes are powerful tools when it comes to improving fatigue, digestive problems, weight management, and mood.
