Pesto Chicken Bake is a comforting, oven-baked dish with tender chicken, vibrant basil pesto, and melted cheese for a simple yet flavorful meal.

4 Chicken Breast

1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper

1/2 Teaspoon Kosher Salt

4 Tablespoons Pesto

1 Sliced Roma Tomato

1 Cup Shredded Mozzarella

4 Serving Brown Rice

8 Ounces Steamed Green Beans

Prepare pasta as directed
Drain. Lightly season with oil, salt, pepper and Italian seasoning
Preheat oven to 400°F
Place chicken breast in a baking dish. Season chicken with salt and pepper, to taste
Spread pesto on each chicken breast
Layer tomatoes on top of the chicken
Top with mozzarella cheese
Cover with aluminum
Bake for 20 minutes, uncover and bake for 5-10 more minutes
Steam Green Beans in steamer for 5-7 minutes, season with salt, black pepper and lemon zest
