Black Bean Oat Brownies
Serves 6
Dessert
These black bean oat brownies are an ultra fudgy and decadent chocolate treat.
Ingredients
15 Ounce Drained & Rinsed Black Beans
1/2 Cups Quick Oats
2 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder
1/3 Cups Honey
2 Tablespoons Coconut Sugar
1/4 Cups Coconut Oil
2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract
1/2 Cups Chocolate Chips
1/4 Teaspoons Kosher Salt
1/2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 F
line muffin tins with papers
Combine all ingredients except chips in a good food processor, and blend until completely smooth. Really blend well.
Stir in the chips, then pour into muffin tins.
Cook the black bean brownies for around 15 minutes, then let cool at least 10 minutes before removing the papers from the tin.
If they still look a bit undercooked, you can place them in the fridge overnight and they will magically firm up!
