Village Project is pleased to announce the appointment of Melissa Betts as its new Executive Director, effective July 1, 2025.
Melissa brings nearly two decades of experience in nonprofit leadership, development, and community engagement. With a strong track record of building relationships, mobilizing support, and leading with compassion, she is well-equipped to guide the Village Project into its next chapter.
A Bay Village resident, Melissa lives locally with her husband, grounding her commitment to serving the community she calls home.
At Village Project, Melissa will lead the organization’s mission to come alongside families experiencing cancer by providing nourishing meals and thoughtful support, powered by volunteers of all ages. Her deep commitment to service and passion for creating meaningful connections between donors, volunteers, and clients will help strengthen and grow Village Project’s impact throughout the community.
