Clients
We are privileged to walk alongside our clients during their individual cancer journeys.
The clients of Village Project live in one of our service areas and are actively undergoing cancer treatment. Each and every week we seek to support the entire family unit with our nourishing meals.

Delivery
Meals are delivered to our clients’ homes each week by volunteer Delivery Angels.
- Deliveries arrive on Wednesday between 5:30 and 6:30 p.m.
- If the client is not able to receive food at the time of delivery, arrangements can be made to leave food in a cooler or at a neighbor’s home
- Deliveries include 3 nourishing meals and a dessert for each person in the household. Along with a Village Project letter detailing the menu and ingredients, and handmade cards by children and adult volunteers, which are signed by those who prepared and packaged each meal.
- Throughout the year, deliveries include flower arrangements in vases, which are painted by adult and children volunteers. During the summer months, we cut our flowers from the Village Project garden plots located in the Bay Village Community Garden.
"Village Project supported my family during one of the most trying times of my life. The meals provided incredible nourishment, and they were one less stressor to figure out each week. I felt cared for by people I didn’t even know!"
