Village Project’s first Clambake-on-the-Lake, held on Saturday, October 13th at Bill and Lisa Priemer’s home in Bay Village, turned out 100 guests, offered delicious food, provided fantastic views and inspired great conversation among new faces as well as returning supporters.
Staff and volunteers worked throughout the day setting up for this fun fall event, the first of its kind. Guests enjoyed appetizers, hot cider and a warm fire along the beautiful shores of Lake Erie prior to enjoying a delicious bake of clams, chicken, corn and sweet potatoes.
Raffle tickets were sold throughout the evening for a chance to win an evening cooking class in Village Project’s kitchen . . . the ticket was drawn and our lucky winner is: Karen Baker. Congratulations Karen!
Thanks to all guests, donors, volunteers, board members and staff who attended, supported and worked this event–you made it a great success! We look forward to seeing you next year!
