Cooking During Cancer Treatment

Join Gretchen Spetz, registered nutritionist and dietitian for her workshop hosted by Project Shoppe/Village Project that will teach you how to cook simple meals and snacks that are both easy and delicious, while supporting blood sugar regulation, reduce inflammation, and help you maintain a healthy weight during cancer treatment.
- Focus will be on nutrients that give you the best anti-inflammatory support and recipes that pack a nutritional punch and take minimal preparation.
- Class structure will include hands on time in the kitchen preparing recipes, followed by time to enjoy what you’ve made in our dining room as well as time for Q & A with Gretchen. Register today!
